  3. Hosting Features (Basic Package):
    • Up to 5 GB storage for website files.
    • Unlimited bandwidth for basic traffic needs.
    • 5 email accounts associated with your domain.
    • 1 Free domain registration for the first year.
    • Access to a control panel for website management.
    • Web Hosting support, with limited technical assistance.
  4. Cancellation Policy:
    • You can cancel your hosting service at any time. However, there are no refunds for unused portions of the billing period.
    • If you cancel before the end of a paid month, you will retain access until the month concludes.
  5. Service Uptime Guarantee:
    • Coslife M guarantees a 99.9% uptime for your website, ensuring minimal downtime.
    • Regular server maintenance might require brief interruptions, which will be communicated in advance.
  6. Renewal of Hosting:
    • After the initial setup, your hosting will auto-renew every month unless canceled.
    • If you have a free domain for the first year, it will need to be renewed annually at the standard domain renewal rate.
  7. Usage Policy:
    • The Basic Package is designed for small business or personal websites. Excessive usage beyond standard expectations may require an upgrade to a higher plan.
    • The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, and any violations could lead to termination of service.
